jjrhymes.com is the personal site of JJ Rhymes ("I", "me"), an individual in Lafayette, Louisiana, USA. By using this website you agree to these terms.

A2App subscription terms

Each app is a separate subscription product with its own terms of service. The site terms on this page cover the website only. For app-specific licensing, subscription, cancellation, refund, and data handling terms, see:

A3Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law or harm others. Specifically, don't use it to:

• Build or operate anything unlawful, or designed to harm, defraud, harass, or exploit people
• Create or distribute malware, or attack systems without authorization
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Misrepresent your products as mine or endorsed by me

Site content is © JJ Rhymes. "Mnestia", "Lysia", "Skenia", "Morpheia", "Poiesia", "JJ Rhymes", and associated branding are proprietary. All apps are proprietary subscription software unless otherwise stated (Poiesia is free, see its terms). Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

This site mentions third-party products (Anthropic, Claude, Obsidian, JUCE, etc.). I am not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. All trademarks belong to their owners. External links are provided for convenience; I don't control their content or practices.

A6Disclaimer of warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, express or implied — merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. App-specific warranties and disclaimers are in each app's terms.

A7Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. My total aggregate liability for all claims related to the website is capped at US $10. App-specific liability limits are in each app's terms.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain liability limits; where that applies, these sections apply to the maximum extent your law allows.

A8Children

This site and its products are not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

A9Changes to these terms

I may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on relevant pages.

A10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Courts in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

B1Accessibility commitment

I want everyone to be able to use this site. It is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA).

Measures taken:

• Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and heading hierarchy
• Keyboard-operable controls with visible focus indicators
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• Sufficient color contrast ratios
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion
• Screen reader compatibility with ARIA labels where needed
• Responsive design that works across devices and zoom levels

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If any part of the site is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, email booking@jjrhymes.com and I will help and fix it promptly.

C1What this site collects

• Server logs. The hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested, time). Used only for security and operations; logs rotate routinely and are never used for marketing or profiling.
• Email you send me. Contact links open your email app. If you email booking@jjrhymes.com, I receive what you chose to send and use it to reply. You are never added to a mailing list.

C2What it does not collect

No accounts. No cookies. No analytics or tracking scripts. No ads. No fingerprinting. I do not sell, rent, share, or trade personal information. Information would only be disclosed if legally required.

Do Not Track: this site doesn't track visitors, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a DNT signal.

C3Local storage on your device

The music/code view toggle stores your choice in sessionStorage (jjr-mode). This value never leaves your device, is not a cookie, and clears when the tab closes.

C4Third-party services

• Web fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts; Google sees your IP for that request. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Hosting. The site runs on commercial hosting which processes traffic to serve pages.
• Payment processing. App subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies. I never see full payment details.
• GitHub. Repository links go to GitHub under GitHub's terms.

C5App data handling

Each app handles data differently. Desktop apps process data locally on your machine. For app-specific data handling details, see each app's terms page (linked in section A2).

C6Your rights

Since there are no accounts and no stored profiles, the only personal information I could hold is email you chose to send me. To request correction or deletion, email booking@jjrhymes.com. I aim to respond within 45 days.

C7Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page updates first with a new effective date. This policy took effect July 1, 2026 and was last updated July 16, 2026.
