App terms of service.

A1Subscription

Each paid app costs $10 per month. Your subscription begins when you complete payment and renews monthly. Payment is processed by a third-party provider under their own terms. The complete bundle ($35/mo) includes all paid apps.

A2Cancellation

Cancel any time. You retain access until the end of your billing period. When your subscription ends, the app stops functioning, but all your files remain on your machine. Re-subscribe to resume.

A3Refunds

Cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a pro-rata refund of unused time. After 14 days or on renewal payments, subscriptions are non-refundable. Email jj@jjrhymes.com to request.

A4License scope

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the app on your own computers for personal or commercial purposes. You may build and sell software commercially. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application itself.

A5Your content and data

You own everything you create. All data is stored locally on your machine as plain files. I have no access to your data. Apps do not upload, sync, or transmit your data to me or any server I control.

A6Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Redistribute, sublicense, or make the application available to others
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or to harm others
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding

A7Updates and changes

Updates are included at no additional cost. Features may change. Terms may be updated; changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

A8Disclaimer of warranties

Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I disclaim all warranties, express or implied — merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

A9Limitation of liability

I will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

A10Termination

I may terminate your license if you violate these terms. You keep all files you created.

A11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana, USA. Courts in Lafayette Parish have exclusive jurisdiction.

B1What Mnestia is

A desktop application for AI-assisted development and knowledge management — vault system, wikilink graph, agent terminal, code editor, project builder, FTP client, and debugger. Runs locally. $10/mo.

B2AI agents

Mnestia is an ACP client — you connect your own AI agent. I do not provide the AI service and am not responsible for the provider's terms, pricing, output, or data handling.

C1What Lysia is

A desktop application for music analysis — 6-stem AI separation (Demucs), chord recognition, lyrics transcription (Whisper), lead sheet rendering, and a stem mixer. All processing is local on your GPU. $10/mo.

C2Third-party models

Lysia uses open-source AI models (Demucs, Whisper, Basic-Pitch) that run locally. These models have their own licenses. Audio never leaves your machine.

D1What Skenia is

Two products. The Skenia App is a live-performance VST3 plugin host ($10/mo). The Skenia Rig is a hand-built MIDI stomp PC with SkeniaOS (priced per build). The app runs on your computer. The hardware ships assembled.

D2Hardware

Each hardware unit is assembled in the US per order. Pricing, lead time, and specs may vary. Hardware sales are final unless the unit arrives defective, in which case contact jj@jjrhymes.com within 14 days.

D3Third-party plugins

Skenia hosts VST3 and Audio Unit plugins. I do not provide plugins and am not responsible for their licensing, stability, or performance.

E1What Morpheia is

A desktop motion graphics editor — multi-track timeline, keyframe animation, seven clip types, AI integration, and WebM export. Built with Rust + Tauri. $10/mo.

E2AI integration

Morpheia connects to AI agents (Claude, Ollama, OpenAI) that you provide. I do not provide the AI service and am not responsible for the provider's terms or output.

F1What Poiesia is

A free game engine with Vulkan + OpenGL rendering, ECS architecture, and a visual editor. No subscription, no royalties, no account required.

F2License

Poiesia is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may build and sell games commercially with no royalties. You may not redistribute or resell the engine itself.
