Morpheia terms of service.
Effective July 16, 2026
Morpheia is a motion graphics editor — $10/mo, cancel any time. You own everything you create and export. All processing is local. For site-wide terms, see jjrhymes.com terms.
MO1What Morpheia is
Morpheia is a desktop motion graphics editor. Multi-track timeline, seven clip types (text, shape, image, video, audio, Lottie animation, component), keyframe animation, AI integration, and WebM video export. Built with Rust and Tauri v2. All rendering and export processing happens locally. Proprietary subscription software published by JJ Rhymes, Lafayette, Louisiana, USA.
MO2Subscription terms
Morpheia costs $10 per month. Renews monthly. Payment processed by a third-party provider. Also available in the complete bundle ($35/mo for all paid apps).
MO3Cancellation
Cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Your exported videos and project files remain on your machine.
MO4Refunds
Pro-rata refund available within 14 days of first payment. After 14 days or on renewals, non-refundable. Email booking@jjrhymes.com.
MO5License scope
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal or commercial use. You own all videos and compositions you export — use them freely, sell them, publish them. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Morpheia application itself.
MO6Your content and projects
You own everything you create with Morpheia — compositions, project files, and exported videos. All data is stored locally. I have no access to your projects, your media files, or any data on your computer. Morpheia does not upload or transmit your content anywhere.
MO7AI integration
Morpheia connects to AI providers you configure — Claude, Ollama, OpenAI, or other compatible services. I do not provide the AI service and am not responsible for the provider's terms, pricing, output, or data handling. AI-generated content ownership follows your AI provider's terms. Anything the AI modifies in your project is your responsibility to review.
MO8Media and third-party assets
You are responsible for ensuring you have proper licenses for any media you import into Morpheia — images, video clips, audio, fonts, and Lottie animations. Morpheia provides tools to work with these assets; it does not grant you rights to third-party content.
MO9Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Redistribute, sublicense, or make the application available to others
- Use the application for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
MO10Disclaimer of warranties
Morpheia is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Export quality and rendering performance depend on your hardware, project complexity, and settings. I disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
MO11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. My total aggregate liability is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
MO12Governing law
Laws of the State of Louisiana, USA. Courts in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.
